  For UK students –
  Payment is required either:
  1. In full: £7,955 due August 2025 (4 weeks in advance of tenancy start)
  2. In three payments as follows (a valid guarantor is required):

  Payment 2: £2,580 due end-December 2025
  Payment 3: £1,290 due end-March 2026
