Sheldon and The Loft:
Sheldon and The Loft are two premium light and spacious apartments. Each apartment has two bedrooms available to rent. Both bedrooms are single-occupancy.
Sheldon is on the ground floor and The Loft is on the first floor, and each has two bedrooms, a large open-plan lounge/diner, a fully-fitted kitchen and fully-fitted bathroom. Each apartment is shared by two individuals, which means you will be living in a spacious modern apartment with one other person only, making your student accommodation feel much more like a home. Enquiries are welcome from individuals and pairs.
The Studio:
The Studio is a self-contained, single-occupancy, premium garden studio apartment. It has a spacious living area – with bedroom, lounge and study space, along with a fully-fitted kitchen and a separate shower room. The Studio is decorated and furnished to a high specification, and has its own private entrance with garden views.
Contract:
